My older brother died this Summer. Back in January he was in a bad car crash in which 3 of his friends died. He was driving. He wasn't drunk or anything, they just blew a tire and rolled over a few times. So today, this guy comes up to me at school, his sister was in the car, and he said "I'm glad your brother died because he killed my sister." Cruel, very cruel.

That's really horrible.
It honestly sounds like a complete (although very unfortunate) accident. He wasn't drunk, and you can't always control what happens if you blow a tire.
I can understand that this person might feel resentment, but that doesn't make the comment any better.
It was NOT your brother's fault, and YOU know that. That is what's important.
