When i take a screenshot and paste it into paint and save it to my computer as a picture. how do i go about making the photo look "normal" without it having the white background around it?

When you paste any picture into paint, you can "grab" the corner of the background and move it to fit to size (drag and drop).

Use something other than paint, it sucks. If you can't then you should be able to make the write part around it smaller to fit to the picture. ...This sounds really bitchy, but if you don't know that maybe you should learn paint basics.
