so im gonna give boxing a try again,i tried it once before and the exercises KILLED me.so i wanna start them at home so i can get used to it and then actually have the energy to learn something,and have something to do because im not at school at the moment,so if you do boxing,what body conditioning exercises do you do?ones without weights,like pushups and all that.what do you do?and if nobody knows what are some body conditioning exercise can i do that help?

You should probably do the basic pushup and situps, to improve strength, but you should also go running or swimming to build up endurance. I don't know much about boxing, but I work out with my buddies in wrestling and that's the basis for their workouts.

boxing is about being light on your feet, and quick with your hands, you should start out slowly by logging or even walking but eventually you want to use a jump rope for cardio to make your feet quick, do pushups, puullups and chest flies for jab response and strength, and make sure you do crunches, your gonna get hit in the stomache much more than you think ;D
