I always fall into depression, and try to ignore it but nothing ever gets better until I hit rock bottom, then I come back up. Right now I'm tryig to stay away from the worst but it's keeping me depressed for much longer than usual.

Basically I get depressed then happy and there's no triggers, or that's how it seems.
