You have within your power to nail this guy, but do it through official channels: your company's personelle department.

Make note of every instance where he has harrassed you. Harrassment, Sexual Harrassment and Bullying in the Workplace: Place, date and time. And that includes off-duty harrassment in your apartment block, car park - even in a store if this guy siezes any opportinity, you later record all the details.

It matters not if you were off-assignment and off the work premises. You also have your town's civil police to lodge a complaint. That is, a complaint in writing.

Keep copies of anything you write and keep them in a safe place. Like under the carpet over which stands a chest of drawers in your apartment.

You are not to allow this guy to ruin your life. To let him means he will do it again. You have to stand up to bullies, but the satisfaction of seeing this son of a bitch go down will give you, eventually greater inner strangth and satisfaction you did it for yourself.

I understand you are disallowed belonging to a union. Never mind. It is within your right as an employee to take your complaint to the highest level and have seen to be done what this guy has got away with, for far too long.

I have been bullied. Bloody nosed, kicked, beaten to the ground I got up and fought him viciously, and even when he was down I made sure he never fucking did me in again.

Except you are being bullied emotionally. Physically and emotionally and being insulted to your femininity. I've been called a scarecrow, you know. But the bloke who said it, doesn't have his eye teeth anymore. Now pick yourself up, dust yourself down and go forward to win.
