I am plan to make a prom dress for a party and I would like to make it puffy (ball gown). There are 2 choices, the first one is put on a slip under the gown and second one is to make a lot of layers of tulle (may be 12~15 layers) under the down.
What is your opinion? which is more comfortable to wear? Why?
the slip is easier but the several layers i would imagen are more comfy. maybe you could make a layer then put the slip then make the outside. that way you feel the layer and not the itchy slip.
