i cut so deep there is now a hole in my arm and it hurts really bad :( it has never done this before.

If you actually caused some sort of puncture wound be sure to wash it out really well and take care of it. Those get infected super easily. Wash it, get some Neosporin or similar brand on it, and get it covered.
More importantly though, why are you cutting in the first place? :(
