I'm afraid I might have developed a peanut allergy or intolerance, and my mother doesn't believe me and won't take me to a doc. I love peanuts, and peanut butter, so I want to be sure if I actually have this or if I'm just psyching myself out.

I can't tell if I'm freaking myself out, or if I'm having an actual reaction. I never have to go to the ER and it's never serious, but I start to feel kind of strange.

Is it just me, or could it be real? I've been avoiding peanut butter, but my mom just bought me a bunch of reese's pieces, and if I don't eat them, she'll ask why, then get mad when I tell her.

idk what to do

It can't hurt to get tested. You can get tested for a variety of allergies with a blood test. Tell her that it will essentially be an investment. I mean, if you do end up having a serious allergic reaction, the hospital bills may be ugly.
