Stupid question.

Can you get a fever from crying/being upset for a while? Within that day?

My face is hot, everywhere else I'm freezing. Kind of nauseous but I haven't eaten all day and don't plan to.

I don't know about a FEVER, but you can certainly make yourself sick by crying too hard or for too long. Stomach aches and head aches and suchlike.

If I get really emotional about something, I feel sick sometimes. Stress takes a toll on your body so it's definitely possible.
