I have Photoshop CS3 on my computer and my friend wants it. Is there a way for me to copy the entire file and give it to my friend so that she may have it? I was thinking of using a jumpdrive to do it.

Oink is right, that wouldn't work.  Most modern programs rely on a lot of registry values.
