Do you ever made a post on Golivewire.com? If so, you do not have autism.

Autism seems to be the new ADD, if a 5 year old would rather watch Sesame Street than go to school, then they must have autism and ADD and ADHD and Bipolar disorder.

Don't accuse me of having no knowledge of how hard it is for you having autism, I have worked with high school students who have REAL autism, you don't have it.

I don't understand why being unable to pay attention is classified as a disorder in the first place. Are they going to classify every single flaw we have into a disorder?

There are different degrees of autism.  I've sat in an middle school special needs class observing last year, and some of these kids--even with autism--had enough comprehensibility and functionality to type on a computer.  I don't see why someone with autism couldn't make a post on LW.

A lot of flaws we have are psychological though.
Or maybe not, I don't know. I should educate myself a bit more.

I know a kid who's very autistic, and you'd never guess but he's a genius when it comes to computer programming.

Not if you don't have good healh insurance. Some people have to pay a large portion and the rest is covered.
