The reason i want an iphone is because you get everything in one package.
Erm... what do you mean? If you mean phone (voice/texting), music, and internet... that's true of just about every smart phone on the market. It's how it's implemented and designed that matters.
To me, the Iphone seems simpler in the aspects i mentioned. IDK why, that's just me. I do have i itouch, but having a cell phone, plus the i touch seems too much; when u can have both in one device.

That's my point - most smart phones have music, phone, and internet in one device, that's the point. And actually, it's not simpler - this time I speak from personal experience with my own phone, the Nokia 5800. It's actually harder to have music, phone, and texting in the same device IMO unless you never use them at the same time, at least for a device like the Nokia 5800 or the iPhone/iTouch which are all pure touch screens. Why? Because you can't control your music while doing something else without going through at least one menu. It's easier to simply flip through to whatever music you want to listen to on one device and handle phone calls and such on another IMO.

I love my Iphone 3gs and everyone I know loves using it as well. The apps are great and a lot of useful things like Pandora have apps made for the Iphone so you dont have to bother with shit 3rd parties. Some cons though are you can not multi task well. So no listening to youtube and answering a txt though that is said to be being worked on for the 3gs. Also AT&T service is spotty, I can have full service in my chair and also lose it The price is also a turn off for some but for where I work I get a corporate discount so It turns out the same as my Verizon bill was but with full internet. It may not be worth it to cancel your verizon since you can just wait and get an Iphone eventually through them. I know I will be going back to verizon for that because their service is just simply better. Also battery life is only bad if you are listening to youtube or something like that none-stop. If you are just texting here and there or some phone calls than it last alot longer. Post edited at 12:46 pm on Oct. 28, 2009 by Sins and Demons

Though I wonder that If the iphone does come to verizon sometime in the middle of next year after its contract with AT&T is up, Apple will have come out with a new model/version of the Iphone. Will have to wait and see what happens.
