Let me flip it around then. If two girls help wax each other, you wouldn't call them lesbian now would you? Same thing.
Waxing is not sexual. Penis fighting and ball-touching is.
Ball-touching during a threesome is in the context of sex, but it's not sexual. I hate to break it down like this, but essentially you've got one girl doing it with two guys - if you draw the sexual relations, it's a 'V' shape, not a triangle. Let's give another flip scenario.
A threesome with 2 girls, one guy - guy is laying down, one girl on top, the other getting oral from the guy facing the first girl. Now, if their boobs touch, it doesn't make them lesbian or bisexual. Besides, you have lots of hormones flying around anyways in these situations, so... Back to waxing and penis-fighting... I'll admit penis-fencing is pretty atypical and uncommon, but I honestly don't see anything to do with sexuality in it. A violation of norms and traditional gender, sure... but that's not really the same thing now is it?

Well then so be it.
It's not something I would do either - frankly the idea seems silly and pointless to me - but I just don't see it as gay in any real way.

Indeed.
However, I don't see why two guys would engage in "penis fencing" if they were not, in fact, even remotely bisexual. This isn't something people tend to do, for entertainment. Most prefer video games.
