I am freezing and I have the heat up to 78 now with a huge fur blanket doubled up on me.

I am flushed, but IDK if i have a fever because i dont have a thermometer.

I feel achey beyond belief.

I feel dizzy.

I cant swallow.

Use a painkiller to lessen the pain meanwhile, try some hot tea. Preferably tea made with lemon, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, or honey. Those are natural remedies and 3 to 4 cups should sooth the pain. You can also use warm salt water to gargle around the back of your mouth. Also place a several metal spoons in the fridge and let them cool for about 10 minutes and place them at the back of throat where it hurts. When you produce a lot of spit, it will help heal the sore faster.  

When I've had sore throat I've tried those and they works. At least it should enable you to get some rest till morning where you can go buy sore throat spray, or medication.

It could be the flu, but it could definitely also be something like strep throat. Have you gone to the doctor?

I just got sick today. I am going first thing in the morning. IDK if I have strep, because I have a few cold symptoms. But I have sinus problems too, so its hard to tell what is what anymore.
