After completing my high school I started graduation in Arts but I am least interested in it as most of my family members are into law stream and I also have interests in it since my childhood, being brought up in that atmosphere only. Please suggest whether it's possible to switch to this field now or not?

You can perform your best only with that thing which you are interested in. You have not yet started your career, so you could definitely switch to the field of your interest before it's too late.

You are yet to start your career, so it would be better to talk to your college authority if they allow you this change.

I think you have the ability to transfer the points you have already achieved towards your newly chosen study area.
If you haven't achieved any points yet it shouldn't be a problem but depending on how far into the semester the course has taken you there might be some work involved in catching up on what you have already missed out on.

All the best!

It's definitely possible. Talk to your guidance counselor or advisor.

There is another option also which you can look at i.e. online education. If your college authorities don't allow you to transfer, then you can also start earning law degree online besides earning your arts degree side by side.

I am not very sure about online education whether it's worthy to pursue online degree or regular course would be a better option. Is it possible to do two degrees side by side?

You can surely do it if you pursue one degree through a regular course and other one through online degree program.
