Honestly, there are only about 2 or 3 moderators that i can say are better with all that...the rest i hardly ever see support from around the site. (this is just my opinion no need to rip my head off about it)

I find most of the replies I used to get on my old account were much more supportive from regular members than mods, I don't know why. Obviously SLs will be the highest, then I'd tie the rest of the members with the mods. Which means, counting SLs as regular members, I'd have to vote worse.

Actual support inside the eHelp system, I would say that lately it's been the same, but only because not that many people have been replying to eHelps. On the forums, it would probably be around the same, if not more. So basically a bit decent and more, in my opinion. Depending on the place.
