Why is it that when people have a PC problem, and I want to try to simplest things first, they have to RESEARCH it for three hours!? eg.

PC boots into OS with no explorer.exe ->
I say 'press ctrl alt del, see if task manager comes up so we can run explorer from there.' ->
'Okay let me just read about it'

NO JUST PRESS THE BUTTONS YOU FAT STUPID FUCK

I gave an explanation of why I was asking them to open task manager: 'ctrl alt del, see if task manager comes up so we can run explorer from there.'

Why do they need to Google search ctrl alt delete and explorer for three hours, I've told them what it is/does wtf
