Is There anyway i can bring my Motherboard to a library and install it there. I saw staples had this chord that just connected the whole Motherboard to there monitor without all those other chords. What is one of those and where can I get one.

Is there any other place I can go to ask someone to install the game?

Nope all it says is acceptance of steam is required which is activated online, there is no little red box, you playing with words. All it says was internet is required to activate it, many games do this and i have activated them. It doesn't say all that stuff you think it says. I know because i have the box right in front of me.

And that motherboard you saw at Staples was probably just for testing parts.  You would not want to carry around a system like that.

If you need faster internet for cheap I would recommend AT&T, if available in your area.  They have a basic 1mbps line for about $25 a month (without phone service from AT&T, and $15 a month with phone service from them).  Comcast also has something for about the same price for the same speed, if available in your area..

All I got from this was that people still use dial up, huge news to me.

It was within the past year that my aunt and uncle upgraded to a 1.5mbps DSL line.

I recently made the jump from 6mbps ADSL to a 16mbps cable line, that sometimes experiences rates over 20mbps.
