My roommate came in last night saying she felt sorry for me that I was alone all night. I just laughed. But truthfully, I prefer it when she's not there. She said she promised she would spend more time there next week. I didn't want to be rude so I didn't say anything but I should have. How should I tell her? Could I say:
Since you're my roommate you should probably know that I actually prefer having the room alone so you don't have to worry about me.
And how do I start the subject?
