Are there any actual computer parts stores that cells the CPU's, The Harddrives, RAM, etc?  Or any stores that sell Broken or really old Computers or Laptops?

Yes.  There are TigerDirect stores, but since they bought out the CompUSA name they are switching stores over to that.  At least in Chicagoland.

Locally here in Champaign, IL we have a smaller parts store that has everything needed hardware-wise to build a computer.
