this is going to seem silly but i'm really annoyed.
roomie asked to borrow one of my shirts, but it's one of my faves, so i said she could only borrow it if i could borrow one of hers...
so.. we switched and she had my shirt a couple of weeks, and the next time i saw it, she'd ripped a hole in it and tried to stuff it under her bed so i couldn't find it.. so i was like, ok.. i'd just keep her shirt and we were even.. no big.
except.. now she wants her shirt back, and i asked for mine.. even though i knew she'd ripped a hole in it.... and she grabbed another shirt that looked nothing like the one she borrowed and tried to pass it off as mine. i declined to accept..
so when i was in class afterward, she went through my closet and stole her shirt back..
seem fair?
should i just let it go, or press the issue?

I hate it when people borrow something, break it and then say they didn't. I mean really...If they just apologise and say they broke it by accident, I wouldn't care.

Let it go but just don't trust her with your stuff again.
