I walked over to visit Hannah today, there were several other kids in her yard with her, they were her cousins. She had family over, and I didn't want to intrude so Hannah and I spoke only briefly and then I carried on and went home. This is a continuation of: Quote: from KevinAMcDonald at 9:14 pm on Nov. 2, 2009
This is about the same girl who I met on 10/31/2009, and subsequently made a post about that said this;
I'm 16 years old and I was walking home from a friends' house (she lives in the same subdivision as me) yesterday (Saturday, October 31, 2009), and I saw a really hot girl trying to like get a ball out of a tree. I asked her if she needed help and she was likes "Oh yes, please, I need to get my little brother's football out of this tree", and so I climbed the tree (it was pretty high up) and got the football (as well as a soccer ball that was also stuck up there), and then I came down. She really glad and kept thanking me and saying how much she owed me. She looked like she was around my age, like 15 or 16, but I never saw her before. So I asked her if she went to the high school and she said "No, I'm in 7th grade, I'm only 13", and I thought for a few seconds (about how stupid I was for thinking a 7th grader was cute). I then started to leave after telling that it was no problem, but then i decided to walk back (because I thought to myself '13 is still a teenager, so she is still datable'. She was playing catch with the football with her little brother (who was like 6), I then asked her if I could join her. She wanted me to play too so she let me and we played catch with each other for like an hour and a half. We also talked while we did it and got to know each other. Then I had to leave, because I had a party to go to, so I walked home. We both had a really great time and she is smoking hot. She then said she was going to add me as a friend on Facebook. I am thinking about maybe asking her out, would that be wrong if a 16 year old Junior in high school and a 13 year old 7th grader were boyfriend and girlfriend (respectively)?
Well here is what happened yesterday (Sunday, November 1, 2009 AD, Gregorian calendar) between us. I walked over to her house and knocked on her door. I asked him if his daughter was home, he looked at me kind of funny (and kind of offensively), and said "how old are you?" I then replied by saying "16, sir." Then he said "aren't you a little old for my daughter?" I didn't know what to say to that (after all, it's only three years), but then he told his daughter that I was here (and no doubt said something to her about how there is an age difference between us......probably, among other things). Then she came outside, we played catch again for about 20 minutes, but then we decided to stop and I was going to walk home (I don't think her dad approves of our hanging out, but then again, if he really didn't like it, then he probably wouldn't allow it). However, as I was walking home she came after me and asked if I would walk around the neighborhood with her. I agreed (obviously), so we walked around the neighborhood together for quite a long time. We walked very slowly and talked about various things. She doesn't seem to be very good at hiding her feelings (not that that is a bad thing), or she just doesn't care if people (including myself) know how she feels about me. I guess I'm not too good at hiding my feelings either, since her dad figured me out in about 2 seconds (but then again, it should seem obvious if a teenage boy is hanging out with your teenage daughter). It's not like we are going to have sex or anything (I don't believe in sex before marriage...or atleast until your engaged, or are an adult and have been in a relationship with the person for a long time). We are probably going to be together tomorrow, since there is no school. She truly is a kind, intelligent, friendly, beautiful young woman. I'd like to get to know her better (and she would probably like to get to know me better too), before I ask her out (or she asks me out) on a date (or just flat-out to be boyfriend-girlfriend). So, what are your thoughts? Based on what I have said, do you think things are going good, or do you think I'm just looking into things too much, or what? Thank you for your time, patience, advice, and understanding in this matter.
