my sister was against it too. then she had to have one. it was the best option for her and for her family. she did not choose to make a potentially harmful decision to keep the baby or carry out the pregnancy. and she is in her mid-20s.

Then honestly, I would consider giving the child up for adoption immediately after birth. It's hard to do, but you can consider your life over and the kid's life terribly hard if you try to raise it.
Trust me, I'm the result of a similar situation. The first 17 years of my life were a living hell, and it's totally because my mother was young and ignorant when she gave birth to me.
