So currently i am spending some time in france, and i origianlly live in phoenix arizona.  I was busted with a minor in consumption charge, went to court, but ended up not paying the fines. i never heard anything else from that case but i thought i might have a warrant, well i called the county jail and they said i could goto their website and search my name n check to see if i had a warrant, well my name doesnt come up in their system and it shows that their stuff is updated frequently.  Anyways im flying back soon so to my assumption i dont have a warrant out for my arrest, but would you think that the warrant database could be missing my name??? and also would customs arrest me for having such a minor charge if i did have a warrant out for my arrest??

Yea the fines wasnt much, if i remember it was something around 550 dollars. someone was telling me that if my fine wasnt worth the hassle then they wouldnt do anything about it, but once i get back to phoenix, if i happened to get pulled over for traffic violation or anything of the sort then i would get arrested.

Well think of it this way, rather you stressing out about it, you have to come home anyway. So the only way you will find out is when you cross back. I can tell you for sure that they have not forgotten about your unpaid fine.
