Also, I commend your decision to wait until marriage (or did I read your post wrong?) because it's true that sex deepens and complicates a relationship. When you have sex, it should be something that you're entirely sure about, that you're not going to regret later. I'm not married and also not a virgin, but I don't think that makes me a bad person because it was an act of love, not rebellion, desperation, or confusion.

Basically, before you have sex with someone you should know how you're going to feel afterwards. If you don't know how it will turn out, and there's the chance that you'll feel empty or sad, you're probably not ready.
