There is this girl that I like, and I think she might like me, but I'm not for sure. She sometimes says "good morning" to me before school. She is going to get her license soon, and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to go up to her and say something like "when you get your license, you should pick me up and go cruising." Girls, would this be a good idea, or does it sound creepy? Thanks!

Actually, it sounds a little creepy. Maybe not 'cruising', but ask if she wants to hang out? Better yet, be direct and ask if she wants to go out of lunch or ice cream some time, something casual. Believe it or not, confidence like that will get you places.

And only the biggest of the bitches would actually laugh in your face or do something rude. The worst that would happen is she'd politely decline. But you should definitely say something!
