I've seen recipes that are quite unorthodox such as using Coca-Cola for roast beef.  Anyway I really like the taste of Malta Goya and wonder if there's anyway known or popular ways to include it in a recipe?

I don't know what that is, but using dr pepper for shredded pork is delicious (and add sweet baby rays bbq sauce!)
