i don't know where shall i start from? first day or now? now my friend goes that he fancy me, could it be because of hugs that i gave him? its not that i don't like him... its just he acts different in front of his friends different when he is with his cousin and different when he is with me! why do guys do that for?
he promised me his was going to sit next to me in class but he never, he kept on sending me text... saying " are we going to hang out after school" i ignored it and i went home with my friend.
what could i have done? am i over reacting?

I don't know your situation fully, but based on what you've been saying you give the impression that he says he'll do things and doesn't live up to them. Is this a fair analysis?
And if there's a focus on "hanging out after school" it could well imply that he's only interested in fingering you behind the bike shed (you know, just wants to be physical with you.)
If you're into that then that's fine.
But don't let him play you if that's a risk in any way.

In my own opinion i think that you should just forget about him. Guys who do that are totally jerks they don't care about you if they did they wouldn't care if his friends or anybody liked you or not they'd be with you no matter what.
