If a girl TRICKS a guy into getting her pregnant by saying shes on birth control or had her tubes tied then gets pregnant should the boy who got her pregnant b held responsible and counter claim for fraud or is he still just as much to bame cuz he "should have been using protection"

Imo it's still his responsibility to live up to the expectations of being a parent. Everyone knows that BC isn't 100% fool proof, nothing is besides abstinence, therefore he should've known to use a condom.

He is still responsible. He knew that she could get pregnant whether or not she was on birth conetol. Saying that it is all her daily is just trying to throw it off on someone else when he should be stepping up. If he didn't want a baby he should have still worn a condoms regardless of what she had to say.
Sure what she did was wrong, but it doesn't mean he isn't responsible, legally or morally. There is nothing he can do about it. If she wants to get child support she will. Its his kid.
