I feel like shit. But I have no reason to. My life's fine. I just feel worthless. I'm not dumb, but I'm having trouble keeping my grades up. I constantly forget and put things off. I'm not lazy yet I find it hard to do the simplest things. I've also been a bit paranoid lately. I feel that no one likes me anymore. AND, the only reason I'm posting this on this forum is because I feel that I can't talk to  friends or family or those close to me because I feel that if they know this information, about me feeling this way, they'll somehow use it against me. And I have no idea how I've come to that conclusion. Damn.

I can relate to how you are feeling.  I feel paranoid sometimes.  And right now I feel like none of my friends seem to care anymore, like they don't call me to do things like they used to.  And they only return my calls when they feel like it.  If you wanna talk you can PM me.

i can imagine the way you are feeling now .am so sorry but i tell you what i have also been in such a related situation but you know the way i ovecame it :
first i sat down and i thought for like 30 minutes what was wrong with me ,may the bad things i had done but then i realised that there was something that was making its slave because my life was changing and i could not allow that to happen.so dont allow anything to enslave you ,just be yourself.think about it and trust me slowly but sure you will overcome any problem
