i feel lost when it ends

and i feel 102 minutes short, or however long the movie is

i feel short-changed

that's why i like books. because i'm aware of every slow, precise, crawling word i read. and it doesn't move on til i've taken it in.

Also, using your imagination, books can turn into a movie in your head, but be so much better than the shit Hollywood churns out.

books are okay but i prefer video games.  particularly the sandbox kind where i can go anywhere and do anything i want.  too much television or movies make me feel brain dead after awhile.  the worst is when i watch a movie after i already read the book.  the whole time i am thinking, this is not right, why did the director do it this way, i could have made this movie so much better.  don't get me wrong there are a few very good movies out there, but the majority of them are mindless junk designed only to entertain your eyes while your brain goes off to la la land.
