I usually eat around 300 or 400. If I eat anything less, then I tend to feel really tired.

Breakfast is the absolute worst meal to skip.  It is more important than lunch or dinner.  It's like running a car on fumes and not pure gasoline.  You are damaging your body and impairing your ability to function properly when you skip breakfast.  Also, those that skip breakfast have a higher possibility of being overweight.  

Watch the carbs and limit yourself to 50 per day unless you are into competitive sports.
