of course im not smoking tomorrow...ive just smoked like 2 bowls today....so im wondering is i should get a clean out...but thoughs are usually just for piss testes...thank god i dont have to do that, i really would be fucked

Don't worry, swab tests are a joke. They're only supposed to be accurate for a few days (off hand I think that it's two), but they can't even do that. You have to pretty much be high while taking the test to fail one, and even then you've got a good chance of still passing. If you have the whole basic hygiene thing down (ie: you brush your teeth) and don't smoke the day of your test, you should pass. Ideally you shouldn't smoke the day before the test, but if you just gargle some mouthwash at some point between now and when you get swabbed it shouldn't be an issue.

Rubbing Alcohol it will clean it. But be careful it's nasty tasting.
