Because love isn't your virginity?  It's not something that you only have once in your whole life?  Yeah, it sucks and it hurts like hell to lose it.  No one is denying that.  But to say that losing love once destroys your capacity to ever love again is a little short sighted.  You're just explaining how you feel right now, in this moment.

Life moves on, time changes things, you meet new people.  All you have to do is look around you to see that....how many people around you have also had their hearts broken before?  And how many of those people have picked themselves back up again?

Giving up over this isn't worth it  Not something so impermanent.  This is something you just have to stick out and fight through.

I have the triforce so hopefully people can see it and be inspired. When I see it I am inspired to be better, but I'm just so fucking weak and pathetic I can't do it.

Read what great escape said, as that is how I feel on the matter.
Better to feel the pain of a love lost than to go on never knowing what it means to love. love never goes away, we always have it, we just have to find the person that wants it. Do you want to give up everything you will ever be able to have because one girl rejected your love?

Everyone claims to have loved. Claims that they love this person to the end of the world. They have their heart broken. A few weeks later, they're looking for a new parter.
I'm not like these people. When I said "I love you" I didn't mean it to be temporary.

Don't you think that's a little, idk...erm...ignorant?  To say that you're the only one in the world that feels real heartache?  To say that you're the only one whose had they're heart broken?  

I don't mean to be unnecessarily harsh...well maybe I do.  But you're not.  Sorry.  You're not the only one who has ever "really suffered".  You're not the only one who has ever dealt with a broken heart.  You are not the only one has ever loved.  Are there forms of superficial love out there?  Yes certainly, but that does not mean that they all are.

For someone who says they want no pity, you sure are playing the victim role well.
