i'm a big music buff. i'm always going to concerts/ local shows and on the lookout for new bands. well i met this guy at a show and he invited me to a party with the band he plays in. while there, we all got to talking about music and the drummer was asking me what bands i like. i told him what i listened to and he replied with, "you're pretty scene. that's cool." i know that you can't try to be "scene", you just are. so should i take being called "scene" as a compliment?

the guy that i went to the party with plays guitar and backup vox. the guy that told me i was scene plays the drums.
