Agreed. Really, they just want something to grab. And even a cups will satisfy that most of the time. Really though, if he's shallow enough that that's a deal breaker for him, he's not worth your time.
I like having something else to stimulate personally - and in most cases, it seems like smaller ones are more sensitive, and in any case I find smaller ones to be cuter.
