Hmm i was wondering about those nutritional drinks that help you gain weight.. are you supposed to substitute it instead of your meal or add it into your diet including meals? So does that mean that milkshakey thing becomes a snack? Do they actually work and what if ur not not hungry and don't feel like food?

Well the my homemade mass gainer has 250 ml of milk,1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup whey, banana, and 1 tsp penut butter. it has around 600 cals and 50 g of protein its great for bodybuilding
