It's probably not the piercings [in most cases] - maybe your lack of confidence is obvious and that's the problem. Personally, I love piercings; obviously.

I've always found guys with body mods to be sexy. :) It's likely a mixture of things (the way you carry yourself, the locations in which you're pursuing girls, the types of girls you look for, etc.), so try to evaluate where problems might be starting. If you feel that you're lacking in confidence, try to find yourself in situations where you do feel comfortable, to give yourself a bit more control over that aspect of things. Take things slowly and don't get discouraged by the few girls who might seem intimidated by the minor things.
