I say meow a lot.
Especially down the phone.
And when I used to walk to school with my friend we would start meowing at each other.
"Meow"
"Meeeow"
(low voice) "Meowww"
That would be our conversation.

We go to different colleges now though, so no more meowing without seeming weird.
