i won't even get through community college at the rate im going right now, i can't focus on anything for more than like 5 minutes how am i supposed to go to college like this
Then take a gap year. Listen, you will get past this.

yeah she just thought i was lazy...and i already felt like a lazy piece of shit so that made me feel even worse....so now im seeing another shrink
Your old doctor sounds like an asshole. Sorry that you had to experience that.
One of the first things you need to do is be willing to work with your doctor. Thinking of him/her as a nuisance and idiot is going to make things go very slowly.
