this boy started talking to me a couple weeks ago,
and now he wont stop.. he really likes me and he's obsessed. he's nice but it's annoying.

i've met him twice, and i just don't know if there's a connection.. i dont know if i like him.

but he is excited and nervous over me, he texts and ims me every second, he told a girl i was "all he needed" and hes all excited that he likes me and i like him and shit.

He would probably doing the same thing with any girl that pays attention to him.  Your gut reaction is giving you the best advice but you are impressed with his attention.  Keep in mind the word that you used....ANNOYING!  It won't change.
