It doesn't literally mean you have to take your pill at the exact same minute of every day. I usually take mine before I go to bed, some nights I go to bed at 10, other nights I go to bed more around 12 ish. I've also left hours between the time I take my pill. It's not really that vital, as long as you take it at some point every day.
