Thats so fucked up. My boyfriend was nice about it. He was really upset but he freaking understands that I can't help it. He said he hates the starving and the purging but he's not going to leave me like other guys would because he loves me too much he wants to help.

My advice would be to seek some help from a proffesional, I am sure in addition there is some kind of support group, that way you could tell your bf you are getting help, and that you are trying to stop it. Eating disorders do not stop overnight, you usually do not just decide to stop and that's it, it is a gradual experience.
