A lot of people tend to say yes or at least lean toward the notion in some way. If whites ever face any sort of discrimination, it's usually the result of such notions and belief that whites, and only whites, are responsible for many of the ills going on around the world today and did them for their own selfish advantage. And this usually isn't checked by that usual "but racism is bad, don't stereotype each and every individual" that you have in the back of your mind with most others races when faced with a similar notion, even if the person who has that notion is white themselves - hence, to a lot of people, "reverse racism" against whites becomes at least partially justified, even if they supposedly denounce all forms of racism.
