I wouldn't say one's "intelligence" is lowered simply because something is more cognitively demanding - it simply means that their efforts are more focused on one thing (suppressing any potentially racist thought), at the expense of better using that effort to focus on making a more intelligent thought.

It's simply a trade off, and it's not exactly a desirable one either.

This is what David Duke among others claim: We need to be OPEN about race to try to stop racism.
And he's been shot down numerous times. His KKK past has been brought up and in one interview - in just his introduction - eleven times. They claimed he hated Jews BEFORE even asking him.
All because he wants us to be honest.

People deride on David Duke because of his reputation more so than what he actually says it seems. That's how it works for most white nationalists, which in my opinion is a shame. Not everything he and other white nationalists say is wrong, but I do have plenty to disagree with them all on.

Well, yes and no. You can't just "destroy" racism if beliefs of superiority based on race, prejudice of race, and racial stereotypes continue to exist. Perhaps the idea of something being racist or not would be gone, but nothing in actuality would change.

But at the same time, it would force us to evaluate the things we associate with "racism" individually and actually refute each one-by-one. This, overall, would make us all more informed, I believe.

Eh, I really dislike using the term "anti-racist" to refer to people like that. What does that make people who oppose them? Pro-racist? I don't think that's necessarily true, so I avoid calling people like that "antis" like I know many all over Stormfront do.

Well, you can counter that if you question if the anti-racists were in your shoes, your race, with your life-events, which are most likely the sole reason you are "Racist" to begin with. Racism tends to be more prominent in people that are exposed to other races, and the people that call them "Racist" are almost always from different lifestyles, with different history of racial contact.

Of course racism is more prominent to those exposed to more races - it's kinda hard to be racist if you're never confronted with those of a different racial group.

But why use that as a justification to run and hide from it? Racial tensions will continue to exist even if you manage to do that. I don't believe it would be very effective in the long run and implementing it would likely cause more problems than it would solve. It would be far more effective and realistic to increase tolerance to such a scale that racial misunderstandings could be expressed without any backlash by any racial group. In order to do this, disassociating oneself from their racial identity would probably be required in order to not take such things personally as they often are now. At least if such were allowed to be expressed, racial tension would diminish on a grand scale. Racial inequalities, however, would not, but I believe that inequalities like that are better left to sort itself out naturally and instead, we should focus on the underlying cultural issues which make and still continue to make such inequalities exist.

And in order to do all that I mentioned, it would take far more than just any single group (whites) from doing it. It's an effort required of the bulk of all individuals of all races in society. And the worst thing you can do is promote integration while taking a step back and saying "oh, we should preserve our separate identities for diversity's sake" as multiculturalism does, for that promotes self-segregation but close contact with one another, and that's generally disastrous and is exactly what's occurring in the US today.
