Me and my friend have rented a house. We signed the lease due to complications with our other 2 friends not being able to come up.

Now me and my friend have fallen out with the other 2 guys (long story, but we are in the right). Because they haven't signed the lease we think they're going to move out pretty soon leaving us to pay for the full rent.

We are not registered as of yet to the PTRB thing (I think its a list of tenants and shit for the state).

ANYWAY, I'd like to know if there's any way me and my friend can get out of this lease complication?

I mean we just want to pack our bags and go. Its ok to lose the deposit I suppose, but I don't wasnt any other bad complications.
