Use a for loop. Start at 1. Run loop while x < 100. Increment by 2.

System.out.println("Loop to print values all the even numbers between 0 to 100 inclusive" );
int no3 = 1;

// setting the while loop

while (no3 < 100)
// the loop it's self

{
System.out.println("Number is" + no3 );
no3 = no3 + 2;
}

this then. ok

That should work just fine. There is a lot shorter way of doing that however. Let me know if you want to know.
