I'm not complaining and I'm not bragging.  It's kinda flattering.  I'm just not used to it because I never got that kind of attention when I lived in Orlando, FL.  I think it's because males there are attracted to females who are thin, wear makeup, have highlights, and run around in their swim suits everywhere.  I'm not anything of those things.  I also think that guys steered away from me in high school because I was maybe too serious and not like most of the girly girls I went to school with.

That has definitely changed since I moved here.  I was just at the bank earlier to make a withdrawal from my account and this man walks up to me and says, "Hey beautiful..."   I'll be 30 in 11 years and men will stay away from me then.

Same here. I had a sweaty palmed guy ask me out on the bus a few months ago. I wanted to ask him if he was blind or simply desperate. Same with the army guy who pulled off the side of the road, the guy in the grocery parking lot and an old co-worker.
