so to make my take on this noted and discussable i have made it its own thread.

anywho:

In truth, I am anti-choice if that is what you so deem to call it. But alas, I am not made of stone. While I think if you are thoughtless and made no effort to prevent a pregnancy that you deserve that baby, similar to a drunk man driving home and crashing into a guard rail, severely harming himself. had he called a taxi, not over drank, stayed at a friends, walked or any other preventative measure to avoid driving drunk I would feel the upmost sympathy for his plight
but if he willingly chooses to try and drive in a state like that then he has it coming to him.
Bringing this onto point with the purpose of this topic, I feel that if a Couple blindly ignores all sense of protection then they have no right to destroy that which they willingly/knowingly risked creating.

In other circumstances such as rape, failed birth control or the risked life of the mother I could understand the purpose of abortion.

while some may agree and some may not agree.

I think a lot comes down to YOUR interpretation of morals and the situation in which an abortion is being considered.

that is all, take it for what it is.

MEANING, i wish it were possible to only get one in extreme circumstances, but the red tape makes that impossible, so whores have to be allowed to get them in order for those who need them to get them

Who said anything about first trimester? Even if a woman wants to have an abortion at 9 months, I don't see a problem.

Your points are valid, for once a pro-lifer who is lol.  
however, to make it illegal for all but rape victims would mean a rape conviction would be required to get an abortion. our legal system is simply too long winded for this ever to work: the mother would likely give birth before the trial.

Simple. You give a supposed rape victim an abortion. If her allegations are later proved to be false you charge her with murder.
