I've been wanting to get my rook pierced for a while, and i'm 16, my mum said she doesn't mind me getting it done, but i was planning on doing it when i go to london with my sister, so she she won't be there can i get it done any way? If not, as my sister is 20, would that count?

Most piercing places will let you get it done at 16 without permission. So long as you have ID.
I'm 16 and I got mine done on my own.
